Blood tests made easy: redesigning Thriva’s results experience

As part of the design team, I was tasked with improving Thriva’s customer retention after a user completes their first blood test.

Engagement in the app is driven by blood test results. The customer logs in when they receive results. They may look a few times in the following week or so but they are most active when viewing their results for the first time.

I redesigned the experience to create clarity and improve user engagement.

Users much preferred the clarity and simplicity of the new designs.

We had fewer CX queries about their results — users seem to be able to utilise the content on the results screens better.
